orange22 design lab will launch a new collaboration with 8 designers during the upcoming ICFF in new york this
may. the ‘blank canvas project’ features a series of eight customized lines of furnishings designed by yves behar,
margo chase, milton glaser, kahi lee, karim rashid, joe ricchio, massimo & lella vignelli and clause zellweger.
the designs will be based off of orange22 ‘botanist’ series of indoor and outdoor furnishings. orange22 will also be
contributing charity donations equalling the designer’s royalty to a number of social causes. the metal furniture
pieces are each customized with the help of water-jet technology to the designer’s specifications.
